香浓药材鸡精Herbal Chicken Essence

【材料】
菜园鸡1只(约1.7公斤,洗净抹干)、枸杞10克、玉竹8克、当归5克、党参8克

【做法】
1.将所有药材洗净备用。
2.将陶瓷蒸盘放入Khind安心炖盅王的大陶瓷锅内,放入鸡肉与所有药材料,再置入不锈钢锅里,注入清水至安全水平。(图1-2)
3.盖上玻璃盖,启动电源,选择“中药材”(HERBS)功能键,开始自动烹调。(图3)
4.炖煮完毕直到“哔”声响起,取出鸡肉,滤出鸡精,趁热享饮用。(图4)

INGREDIENTS
1 whole free range chicken (about 1.7kg, washed & drained), 10g goji berry, 8g yok chuk, 5g danggui, 8g tangshen

METHOD
1.Rinse all Chiness herbs and drain
2.Insert the ceramic steam tray into the large ceramic pot of the KHIND Anshin Double Boiler. Place the chicken and herbs on top of steam tray, then place the ceramic pot into the stainless steel body. Add water until maximum level. (pic 1-2)
3.Put on the glass lid, then select “HERBS” function. The machine will start cooking automatically.(pic 3)
4.Once the process completed and the appliance buzz, remove the chicken and serve the essence warm. (pic 4)
