香煎鳕鱼Pan Seared Black Cod Fish

【材料】
鳕鱼480克、蚌肉酱160克、红色马铃薯120克、奶油白120克、小番茄8粒、盐和胡椒粉8克

【做法】
用柑榄油把雪煎熟;以盐和胡椒粉炒奶油白,加入煮熟的马铃薯和蚌肉酱,盛入深碟,即可上桌。

【小贴士】
用橄榄油煎鱼,可让鱼肉更具风味。

【Ingredients】
480gm fresh black cod fish, 160gm clam sauce, 120gm potato, 120gm nei phak choy, 8 nos cherry tomatoes, 8gm salt & pepper

【Method】
Pan sear the cod fish in a pan with olive oil sauté the vegetables with salt and pepper and add in clam sauce and cooked potato served in a deep plate.
