香草烤鸡 Roasted Herbs Chicken

【材料】
鸡全腿3 只
【香草】
月桂叶2片、混合洋香草料2汤匙、青葱1棵、姜1块
【调味料】
盐11⁄2茶匙, 橄榄油3汤匙
【做法】
1. 将青葱和姜椿烂,然后和所有香料混合,加入调味料搅拌均匀。(图1-3)
2. 把鸡腿洗净抹干,用混合香草料涂抹均匀, 腌至少30分钟。(图4)
3. 把烤炉预热至180℃,放入腌鸡腿,烤35分钟至熟即可。(图5)

2 sprigs bay leaves, 2 tbsp mixed herbs, 1 stalk spring onion,1 block ginger
【Seasoning】
1 1⁄2 tsp salt, 3 tbsp olive oil

1.Coarsely pound the spring onion and ginger and then mix with all other herbs and seasonings, mix well.(pic

2.Wash chicken and pat dry. Rub herbs all over the chicken whole legs, let marinate for at least 30 minutes.(

3. Pre-heat oven at 180℃, roast chicken for 35 minutes or until cooked.(pic 5)
