香草素扒Mock Chop with Herbs

【材料】
圆形豆包5片

【腌料】
盐、糖、混合香草料各少许、面粉1大匙、水2大匙

【酱汁】
酱油1茶匙、橄榄油1大匙、芥末酱1茶匙、番茄酱3大匙、辣椒粉1/2茶匙、糖3茶匙、水4大匙、混合香草1/8茶匙

【番茄饭材料】
白饭1杯、牛油1大匙、浓缩番茄酱1/2大匙、香草、盐、胡椒粉各少许

【番茄饭做法】
烧热牛油加入所有番茄饭料,炒香即可。

【拌碟配料】
西兰花、芦笋(烫熟)、炸薯片、黄甜椒、番茄炒饭

【做法】
1.将豆包加入腌料拌匀腌10分钟后,炸至金黄色,沥去油,备用。
2.烧热橄榄油1大匙,倒入酱汁煮沸,加入已炸过得素扒,煮至汁浓,排上碟,摆上配料拌碟即成。

【Ingredients】
5 slices rounded bean curd pocket

【Condiments】
Dash of salt, sugar and mixed herbs, 2 tbsp plain flour, 2 tbsp water

【Sauce】
1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp mustard sauce, 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp Paprika powder, 3 tsp sugar, 4 tbasp water, 1/8 tsp mixed herbs

【Tomato Rice】
1 cup cooked rice, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp tomato puree, dash of herbs, salt and pepper

【Method for Tomato Rice】
Heat up butter and toss in all ingredient, stir fry well.

【Accompaniments】
Blanched broccoli and asparagus, fried potato chips, yellow capsicum, tomato rice

【Method】
1.Marine mock chop with condiments for 10 minutes, then deep fry and drain.
2.Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil, saute all sauce ingredients until fragrant, then add in fried mock chop, cook until gravy thicken, arrange in plate with accompaniments.
