香菇肉酱云吞面 Pork mince Wantan noodles

材料:

古龙香菇肉酱2罐,面条300克,葱头油或蒜头油适量

云吞材料:

古龙香菇肉酱1罐,大葱1/2粒(剁碎),胡椒粉1/2茶匙,白糖1/2茶匙

云吞皮适量

装饰:

莞荽/青葱少许,青菜2-3棵(烫熟)

做法:

  • 把随意选择的面条烫熟滴干后淋上少许油以防止黏著。
  • 把古龙香菇肉酱和面条,装饰料及青菜混合拌均即可。
  • 为增添口味,可另外加入炸云吞。

炸云吞做法:

把所有云吞材料混合,分批包在云吞皮里,以热油炸至酥脆即可。

Ingredients:

2 cans GULONG pork mince with bean paste

300 g noodles

some shallot oil or garlic oil for tossing

Pork mince wantan:

1 can GULONG pork mince

½ big onion, chopped

½ tsp ground white pepper or to taste

½ tsp sugar

Sufficient wantan skins [approximately 20-30 pcs]

 

Garnishing: coriander leaves / spring onions

2-3 stalks any green leafy vegetables, scalded

Method:

  1. Scald any noodles of your choice and toss in oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
  2. Combine the GULONG pork mince with the noodles & serve garnished and with some green vegetables on the side.
  3. For variety, you may make some crispy wantan to serve with your noodles.

 To prepare crispy wantan

IN a bowl, combine all wantan ingredients and wrap with the wantan skins; then deep fry in hot oil until crispy.
