香菇酿肉Mushrooms Stuffed Meat

【材料 A】
新鲜香菇200 克

【材料 B】
猪绞肉120 克
虾米1 汤匙(泡软,捣碎)
青葱末1 汤匙
酱油1 茶匙
蚝油1 汤匙
麻油1 茶匙
胡椒粉适量
粟米粉1 茶匙

【材料 C】
青葱适量
枸杞适量

【适量】
1.鲜香菇去蒂,洗净后将香菇蒂切成小丁,备用。(图1)
2.将所有的材料B和香菇蒂混合、搅拌均匀,腌10分钟。(图2)
3.将适量的肉馅放入香菇内,然后排入盘子。
4.冷水入蒸锅,大火蒸10-12分钟至熟,取出,撒上适量青葱和枸杞,即可趁热享用。(图3)

【INGREDIENTS】
A) 200g fresh mushroom
B) 120g minced meat, 1 tbsp dried shrimp (soaked and chopped), 1 tbsp spring onion (chopped), 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper, 1 tsp corn flour
C) some chopped spring onion, some Gou Qi

【METHOD】
1.Remove and chopped the mushroom stem, set aside. (pic 1)
2.Mix the chopped stem with ingredients B, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. (pic 2)
3.Fill the mushrooms with meat mixture, place on the steam plate.
4.Place the mushrooms into steamer, steam with high heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and spread with chopped spring onion and Gou Qi, serve hot. (pic 3)
