香菜芝麻烧饼Coriander Sesame Pattie

【面团材料】
面粉450克、热水150克、清水100克、盐1小匙、 马芝琳菜油100克、芝麻适量

【馅料】
芫荽100克、麻油2小匙、盐1/2小匙

【做法】
1.将面粉筛匀,先倒入热水拌匀,再加入清水、盐和菜油揉匀成面团,用湿布盖面,待略发酵15分钟。(图1)
2.芫荽切碎,加入麻油和盐拌匀。
3.把面团分50克1小块,杆薄成长形,搽上芫荽料卷起,再盘成饼状,沾上芝麻少许。(图2-4)
4.用少许油先将饼煎至两面微黄,然后再放入多量油,半煎炸至酥脆即可。(图5)

【Dough Ingredients】
450g plain flour, 150g hot water, 100g water, 1 tsp salt, 100g margarine, some sesame seeds

【Filling Ingredients】
100g coriander, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp salt

【Method】
1.Sift flour and mix with hot water, follow with cold water, salt and margarine; knead into soft dough and cover with tower, let rise for 15 minutes.(pic 1)
2.Chop coriander and marinate with sesame oil and salt.
3.Apportion the dough into 50g each, flatten with pin roll, sprinkle chopped coriander on top of each dough, roll up and then press into petty form and coat with some sesame seeds.(pic 2-4)
4.Sear the patties with added oil at later stage, sear until crispy, done.(pic 5)
