香蕉土司布丁Banana Bread Pudding

【材料】
麦土司6-8片、香蕉2条(切片)、黑豆奶 200毫升、鸡蛋2只、黄糖1汤匙、肉桂粉1茶匙、海盐1/2茶匙、牛油适量、蜜糖适量

【做法】
1.将麦土司面包去皮,切粒,备用。(图1)
2.将黑豆奶、鸡蛋、黄糖和肉桂粉及海盐混合均匀,备用。(图2)
3.加入面包粒拌匀,使每粒面包都能充份吸收蛋液。(图3)
4.将玛芬模涂上一层牛油,接着将面包放入玛芬模至8成满,然后轻轻按压,再铺上香蕉块。(图4)
5.放进烤箱,以180度烤约20分钟或至表面金黄色,取出淋上蜜糖,即可享用。

【INGREDIENT】
6-8 slices whole meal bread, 2 banana (sliced), 200ml black soya milk, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp sea salt, some butter and honey

【METHOD】
1.Trim the edges of bread and cut into cubes. (pic 1)
2.Combine soya milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon powder and salt in a mixing bowl.(pic 2)
3.Add In bread cubes and blend well until they absorb the egg sauce. (pic 3)
4.Grease muffin mold with butter, and fill In the bread until 80% full; press lightly before top with some banana slices. (pic 4)
5.Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes or light brown; remove from oven and dizzle in honey to serve.
