香辣烤素鱼Spicy grill mock fish

【香料】
辣椒糊2汤匙、咖哩2汤匙、素巴拉煎粉1/2汤匙、黄姜粉1茶匙、辣椒粉1茶匙、素虾米1汤匙、油2汤匙、素鳕鱼1片

【调味料】
油5汤匙、糖1汤匙、盐少许、淡奶3汤匙

【做法】
1.将香料及调味料下锅炒至香,最后加入淡奶拌匀,盛起备用。
2.将素鱼排在铁盘内,将香料铺在上面,以180℃炸20分钟至熟即可。

【Spices】
2 tbsp chilli paste, 2 tbsp chilli powder, ½ tbsp. vege Balacan, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp vege dried shrimp, 2 tbsp oil, 1 pc vege cod fish

【Seasoning】
5 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sugar, dash of salt, 3 tbsp evaporated milk

【Method】
1.Heat oil in wok, sauté spices and seasoning till fragrant, pour in evaporated milk and mix well, dish out and set aside.
2.Arrange mock fish on grill pan, pour the spices on top, bake in preheat oven @180C for 20 minutes, done.
