鱼片上汤即食面Instant Noodle with fish fillet

【材料】
即食面1包、生鱼肉100克、姜2片、青葱适量、高汤1 1/2碗

【调味料】
淡奶1汤匙、绍兴酒1汤匙、原味汤料1包、胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.生鱼洗净,切片。(图1)
2.即食面以滚水余烫一分钟捞出待用。(图2)
3.以少许油爆香姜片,注入高汤煮滚后,加入青葱及调味料。(图3-5)
4.加入鱼片及即食面煮滚,盛入碗中便可享用。(图6)

【Ingredients】
1 pkt instant noodle, 100g SANG YU fillet (sliced), 2 slices ginger, some spring onion, 1 1/2 bowl stock

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp evaporated milk, 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 1 sachet instant seasoning, dash of pepper

【Method】
1.Clean and slice fish fillet. (pic 1)
2.Scald instant noodle in boiling water for 1 minutel, drain.(pic 2)
3.Sauté ginger in wok with some oil until fragrant, and then pour in water, once boiled, add in spring onion and seasoning.(pic 3-5)
4.Add in fish filet and noodle, bring to a boil and serve.(pic 6)
