鲜果百汇芭菲 Fruit Parfait

【材料】
奶黄粉2 湯匙、白糖2湯匙、鮮奶570 毫升
【装饰】
草莓(切成片)、果仁碎
【做法】
1. 把奶黄粉及白糖放入碗中、加入30毫升的牛奶调成糊。(图1)
2. 把剩餘的牛奶倒入钢锅中加熱。(图2)
3. 加入奶黄粉糊,边搅拌边加热煮至沸。(图3)
4. 在杯/碗中鋪上草莓片,倒入糊料至七分滿。表面洒上少許果仁碎及鲜草莓片,放入冰箱或直接享用。(图4-7)
贴士:可用其他莓果(藍苺、蔓越苺、覆盆子等)代替草莓。

【Ingredients】
2 tbsp custard powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 570ml fresh milk
【Garnishing】
Strawberry slices and mixed chopped nuts
【Method】
1. Dilute custard powder and sugar with 30ml of milk. (pic 1)
2. Heat up the rest of milk.(pic 2)
3. Pour in the custard mixtures and stir well.(pic 3)
4. Continue heating and stirring the mixture until boiled.
5. Place strawberry slices in serving bowls or glass, pour in custard mixture until 70% full, then sprinkle chopped nuts and fresh strawberry slice on top and keep in fridge or serve immediately.(pic 4-7)
Tips: Strawberry can be substitute by other flesh berries.
