鸳鸯炒面线Ying & Yang Noodle

【材料】
A:生面1粒、面线2粒
B:甜菜脯30克、红辣椒丝50克、韭黄50克(切段)、银芽30克、虾米20克、鸡蛋1粒

【调味料】
蚝油½汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、LP汁1茶匙

【配料】
生菜丝100克

【做法】
1.生面煮熟,再放入熱油里炸至金黄色,压成段状备用。(图1-2)
2.面线炸至金黄色,飞水至软备用。(图3)
3.爆香虾米和鸡蛋,加入调味料和其他材料翻炒均匀盛碟。(图4-8)
4.搭配生菜丝即可享用。

【INGREDIENT】
A:1 egg noodle, 2 bunch Mee Suah
B:30g pickled sweet radish, 50g shredded red chili, 50g yellow chives(cut sections), 30g bean sprout, 20g dried shrimp, 1 egg

【SEASONING】
½ tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp LP sauce

【GARNISHING】
Shredded lettuce

【METHOD】
1.Scud egg noodle until cooked; and then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; press to crush it. (pic 1-2)
2.Deep fry Mee Suah until golden brown; and then blanch in boiling water until soften. (pic 3)
3.Sauté dried shrimp and egg until fragrant, toss in seasoning and all other ingredients until well mixed.(pic 4-8)
4.Dish out and garnish with lettuce.
