麒麟素鸡Qilin Mock Chicken

【材料】
五香素鸡2块、素火腿50克、红萝卜100克、冬菇50克

【调味料】混合
素蚝油2茶匙、生抽1茶匙、糖¼茶匙、盐½茶匙、粟粉1茶匙、水½碗、麻油½茶匙 (后下)

【做法】
1.把冬菇泡软,切半加生抽、糖各1茶匙拌匀,先蒸15分钟。
2.红萝卜、素火腿、素鸡切长方块。
3.把材料排成麒麟形,放入蒸锅蒸12分钟。(图1-2)
4.放少许油入锅,加入调味料拌煮至滚即可淋上麒麟鸡上,浇上麻油即可享用。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
2 pcs five spiced mock chicken, 50g mock ham, 100g carrot, 50g Chinese mushroom

【Seasoning】
2 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour, ½ bowl water, ¼ tsp sesame oil (add last)

【Method】
1.Soak Chinese mushroom, halved and marinate with 1 tsp each of soy sauce and sugar; and then steam for 15 minutes.
2.Cut carrot, mock ham and mock chicken into rectangle size.
3.Arrange these ingredients into the shape of Qilin and steam in steamer for 12 minutes. (pic 1-2)
4.Heat some oil in wok, add in seasoning and bring to boil; and then pour over Qilin mock chicken, sprinkle sesame.
