黄姜炸鸡Turmeric Fried Chicken(Ayam Goreng Kunyit)

【材料】
鸡肉500克(斩小块)、 炸油适量

【腌制】
研磨鲜黄姜或黄姜粉1汤匙、栗米粉2汤匙、盐1茶匙或适量、胡椒粉1/4茶匙

【做法】
1.用腌料腌鸡肉,然后收入冰箱待隔夜。(图 1-3)
2.起锅热油,以中火把鸡肉炸至金黄色或熟,捞出。(图4)
3.放在纸巾吸干油后趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
500g chicken(cut into bite pieces), cooking oil for deep frying

【Condiments】
1 tbsp fresh turmeric pounded / turmeric powder, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp salt or to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper

【Method】
1.In a bowl, marinate chicken pieces with condiments, keep refrigerated for at least over-night. (pic 1-3)
2.In a wok, heat oil over medium heat and deep fry chicken pieces until cooked or golden yellow in colour. (pic 4)
3.Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
