黑椒凉瓜猪肉片 Black pepper Bitter Gourd with Pork

【材料】
A:花肉片300g、苦瓜片80g
B:蒜米片3粒、葱头仔片3粒、青椒茸适量、红椒茸适量
【调味料】
黑椒粉2茶匙、maggi生抽适量、味精1茶匙、糖2茶匙、hp酱1⁄2汤匙、蕃茄酱1汤匙
【做法】
1. 将苦瓜去皮切片;花肉切薄片备用。(图1-2)
2. 锅内烧热油,将苦瓜片和肉片放入烫油,捞起备用。
3. 开烧锅下适量的油爆香材料B。(图3-4)
4. 接着下调味料爆香,之后再下肉片和苦瓜片翻炒熟透即可盛盘。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
A:300g pork belly slices, 80g bitter gourd slices
B:3 pips garlic, 3 pc shallot (both cut slices), some chopped green & red chilli
【Seasoning】
2 tsp black pepper, some maggi seasoned soy sauce, 1 tsp MSG, 2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tbsp H&P sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce
【Method】
1. Slice bitter gourd and pork belly, set aside.(pic1-2)
2. Blanch bitter gourd and pork belly in hot oil, drain.
3. Heat some oil in wok, saute ingredients B until fragrant.(pic 3-4)
4. Toss in seasoning and follow with bitter gourd and pork belly, stirfry until well cooked, done.(pic 5-6)
