黑椒牛肉饼Black Pepper Beef Pattie

【材料】
A:牛肉碎400克
B:雪莲果粒100克、芹菜茸50克、大葱茸50克

【调味料】
A:黑胡椒粉2汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、生抽½汤匙、盐1茶匙B: 鸡精粉2茶匙、胡椒粉1茶匙

【配料】
青豆苗150克、鸡蛋1粒

【做法】
1.材料A加入材料B混合,加入调味料A搓至起胶。(图1-4)
2.每份重量50克,按成饼形煎至金黃色盛碟。(图5-6)
3.将青豆苗和鸡蛋炒香后加入调味料B翻炒,上碟搭配牛肉饼一起享用。(图7-8)

【INGREDIENT】
A:400g minced beef
B:100g Yacon(cut cubes), 50g chopped Chinese celery, 50g chopped onion

【SEASONING】
A:2 tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp chicken powder,½ tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp salt
B:2 tsp chicken powder, 1 tsp pepper

【SUB-INGREDIENT】
150g green pea sprout, 1 egg

【METHOD】
1.Mixes ingredients A & B with seasoning A, blend with hand until springy.(pic 1-4)
2.Apportion into 50g each, flatten as patties and sear until golden brown.(pic 5-6)
3.Stir-fry green bean sprout with egg until fragrant, toss in seasoning B and dish out, serve with beef patties.(pic 7-8)
