黑胡椒肉干 Black Pepper Jerky

材料
半肥瘦肉碎 1公斤
调味料
鱼露3汤匙、糖7汤匙、黑胡椒粉1汤匙、黑胡椒酱2汤匙、梅玖露酒2大汤匙
做法
1 将半肥瘦肉碎加入调味料一起拌匀備用。(图1-2)
2 把拌匀的肉碎铺在油纸上,压平成薄片。(图3-4)
3 放在太阳底下热晒2小时,再把肉片翻面继续热晒1小时。
4 把晒干的肉片剪小片,鋪放在嘉威先锋太空煲架上以150℃烘烤10分钟左右。(图5-7)
5 翻面肉乾再继续烘至金黄色即可。(图8)

INGREDIENTS
1kg semi-fat lean pork
SEASONING
3 tbsp fish sauce , 7 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp black pepper sauce, 2 tbsp plum wine
METHOD
1 Mix semi-fat lean pork with seasoning, set aside. (pic 1-2)
2 Spread the mixed meat on oil paper and flatten it into thin slices. (pic 3-4)
3 Dried the meat under the sun for 2 hours, turn over the meat and continue sun dry for another 1 hour.
4 Place the dried meat on the tray of CWP Space Oven Wok, bake at 150℃ for 10 minutes. (pic 5-7)
5 Turn the meat over and continue bake until golden brown. (pic 8)
