黑芝麻汤圆Black Sesame Dumpling

【粉团材料】
紫色番薯泥200克、糯米粉60克、木薯粉60克、 幼糖50克

【馅料】
黑芝麻酱100克

【沾料】混合
炒香花生1/2碗(研磨成粉)、炒香芝麻2汤匙、 幼糖2汤匙

【粉团做法】
1.将粉团材料混合均匀,搓成一适中软团。(图1-4)
2.把粉团分为等份搓圆,用手指弄成小窝,填入适量黑芝麻酱收口搓圆。(图5-6)
3.放入沸水中煮至汤圆浮起。(图7)
4.捞出浸泡于冷水中片刻,便可沥干水份,滚上沾料即可享用。

【Dough Ingredients】
200g purple colour sweet potato, 60g glutinous rice flour, 60g tapioca flour, 50g caster sugar

【filling ingredients】
100g Black sesame paste

【Coating ingredients】
1/2 bowl toasted peanut(grinded), 2 tbsp fried sesame seeds, 2 tbsp caster sugar

【To prepare dough】
1.Mixes dough ingredients into soft dough.(pic 1-4)
2.Apportion dough equally, knead into dumpling, wrap each of them with some sesame filling paste and shape roundly.(pic 5-6)
3.Boil in boiling water until afloat.(pic 7)
4.Soak in cold water briefly and then coat with mixed coating ingredients, done.
