黑豆排骨汤 Black Bean & Rib Soup

┃材料┃
黑豆半公斤、排骨500克、红枣15粒(去心)、姜3片、清水2公升
┃调味料┃
盐 适量
┃做法┃
1. 煮一锅热水将排骨川烫去除血水,然后捞起洗净备用。(图1-2)
2. 热锅,放入少许的油,然后放入黑豆炒至黑豆裂开,捞起备用。
3. 把水煮滚后放入所有材料,煮至沸腾后转小火煮 2小时即可。

┃INGREDIENT┃
500g black bean, 500g pork rib, 15 pcs red
dates (pitted), 3 slices ginger, 2 liter water
┃SEASONING┃
Salt to taste
┃METHOD┃
1. Blanch pork rib in boiling water to remove scums, wash and drain. (pic 1-2)
2. Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry black bean until cracked, dish out.
3. Bring water to boil, put in all ingredients, once boiled again, turn to low heat and
boil for 2 hours, season with salt, done.
