亚叁虾Asam Prawn

材料:
草虾500克、香茅3支(拍扁)

磨烂用料:
油5汤匙、小葱头120克、辣椒干18条、红辣椒5条、椰糖1小块

调味料:
亚叁水1碗(约2大汤匙亚叁膏加水榨取汁)、桔子汁2 1/2汤匙、糖4汤匙、盐及味精少许

做法:
1.将磨烂用料及香茅放入一个耐热大玻璃碗内,放入微波炉高温烹调6分钟,取出后搅拌均匀继续烹煮3分钟。
2.加入虾及调味料,盖上保鲜膜再以高温烹调5分钟,取出搅拌再烹煮2分钟至熟,即可趁热享用。

Ingredients:
500g Tiger prawns, 3 stalks serai(smashed)

Grounded Ingredients:
5 tbsp cooking oil, 120g shallot, 18pcs dried chili, 5 red chili, 1 small piece gula Melaka

Seasoning:
1 bowl of Asam Jawa extract(about 2 tbsp tamarind paste mix with 1 bowl water to make juice), 2 1/2 tbsp lime juice, 4 tbsp sugar, dash of salt and MSG

Method:
1.Mixes grounded ingredients and serai in a microwave safe bowl, heat in microwave at HIGH for 6 minutes, remove from microwave oven, stir and continue to heat for another 3 minutes in the microwave oven.
2.Add in prawns and seasoning, cover with cling, heat in HIGH for 5 minutes, remove from microwave oven, stir and continue to heat for another 2 minutes or until cooked, serve hot.
