茄豆紫香片Baked Beans Fish

【材料】
紫香片10块(素鱼块)、茄汁豆1小罐200克、青灯笼椒30克、黄灯笼椒30克

【调味料】
生抽1大匙、马芝林菜油1大匙、黑胡椒粉1⁄4小 匙 、水 2汤匙、番茄酱1汤匙

【做法】
1.将青、黄灯笼椒去籽切粒。
2.烧热油把紫香片略炸至微黄色,盛起沥干油。(图1)
3.锅中留少许油,加入青、黄灯笼椒炒香,再加入茄汁豆和调味料煮滚,将紫香片回锅兜匀上碟即可享用。(图2-6)

【Ingredients】
10 pcs mock fish fillet, 1 can baked beans(200g), 30g each of green & yellow capsicums

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp margarine, 1⁄4 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp tomato sauce

【Method】
1.Both capsicum seeded and diced.
2.Heat some oil in wok, sear mock fish fillet until lightly brown and drain.(pic 1)
3.Keep some oil in wok, sauté capsicum until fragrant, add in baked beans and seasoning, one boiled, toss in mock fish fillet and dish out. (Pic 2-6)
