香蕉卷Banana Tsutsumi Age

材料:
香蕉10条、意式薄饼皮10片、红豆沙100克、炸油适量

做法:
1.香蕉去皮,然后对半剖开,中间夹铺一层红豆沙。
2.把薄饼皮铺平,放入夹心香蕉,卷起。
3.起锅热炸油,把香蕉卷炸至金黄色后,趁热享用。

10 pisang Abu, 10pcs filo pastry, 100g red bean paste, oil for deep frying

Method:
1.Peel the banana skin, slice banana into half. Then sandwich the red bean paste in the centre of the banana.
2.Place the filo pastry flat on the surface and wrap the sandwiched banana.
3.Heat oil at 100℃ and fry banana untill golden brown.
