Buttercup传统牛油蛋糕

材料:

A: Buttercup牛油250克、糖粉140克

B:低筋面粉230克、发粉1茶匙

A蛋4粒、鲜奶30克、香草精1茶匙

做法:

1.将A料放入搅拌机内搅拌至发起。

2.逐一加入鸡蛋拌匀。

3.将B料放入大碗内拌匀,逐一汤匙加入牛油混合料里。同时也加入牛奶一起拌匀成滑糊料。

4.将糊料倒入准备好的蛋糕脱模烤盘内,翻入预热至180C的烤箱烤45-50分钟。

5.取出,待冷却后脱模,装饰。

Icing Sugar 140gm
Superfine Flour 230gm
Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Egg ( A) 4
Fresh Milk 30g
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon

Method:

1.Whip (A) ingredient in another bowl until fluffy.
2.Add egg one by one into (A). Get ready (B) ingredient in a big bowl.
3.Add to batter 1 scoop at a time, alternative with milk. Until finished.

4.Bake at 180C 45 – 50min until golden colour.

5.Let cool and demould, decorate the cake before serve.
