芝士鸡肉意粉Chicken Parmesan pasta

【材料】
食油2汤匙、蒜头2瓣(剁碎)、去皮骨鸡胸肉200克(以1茶匙辣椒粉和胡椒粉腌妥)、螺旋意粉200克、 海鲜意粉罐头酱料1瓶、Mozzarella芝士丝 1⁄2杯、Parmesan芝士茸1⁄2杯、

【调味料】
盐和胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.将螺旋意粉根据包装指示煮熟。
2.起锅热油,把蒜头爆香后加入鸡肉炒熟。
3.加入现买的罐头酱料,以盐和胡椒粉调味后加入旋螺意粉。
4.把材料移到耐热盆里,然后撒上Parmesan芝士和Mozzarella芝士,覆盖在上面。(图5-6)
5.放入预热烤炉烤约10分钟至芝士溶解即可。

【Ingredients】
2 tbsps cooking oil, 2 cloves garlic (chopped), 250g boneless skinless chicken breasts(chopped marinated with 1 tsp paprika & pepper), 200g spiral pasta, 1 jar of your favorite Marinara pasta sauce, 1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese

【Seasoning】
salt and pepper to taste

【Method】
1.Cooked spiral pasta according to packet instruction.
2.Saute garlic in wok until fragrant, adding the marinated chopped chicken meat.(pic 2)
3.Pour in the jar of ready made pasta sauce, adjust salt & pepper to taste, add in the cooked spiral pasta.
4.Transfer to a bake proof dish, cover with grated parmesan follow by shredded mozzarella. No need to stir.
5.Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts about 10 minutes.
