椰丝李子派Coconut Crust Plum Pie

材料
椰丝100克、榛果粉100克、蛋1粒、牛油100克、蓝莓酱250克、加州李子4粒(切薄片)、黄糖2汤匙

做法
1.将椰丝炒香,放入搅拌器内,加入榛果粉、鸡蛋及牛油,拌打均匀。(图1-3)
2.将椰丝混合料压入模型,放入预热至180°C的烤炉烤10分钟。(图4-5)
3.取出,倒入蓝莓酱,铺上加州李子,撒上黄糖。(图6-8)
4.放入烤炉继续烤20分钟。

Ingredients
100g grated coconut, 100g Hazelnut powder, 100g butter, 1 egg, 250g blue berries sauce, 4 pcs California plum, 2 tbsp brown sugar
8 inches pie mould

Method
1.Saute grated coconut until fragrant, and then blend in blender with Hazelnut powder, egg and butter until well mixed.(Pic 1-3)
2.Press coconut mixture into mould, and then bake in oven pre-heated at 180°C for 10 minutes.(Pic 4-5)
3.Remove pie crust from oven, pour berries sauce over, top with plum and sprinkle brown sugar on top.(Pic 6-8)
4.Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes, done.
