奶油黄金鸡Creamy Golden Chicken

材料(10人份)
鸡块300克、鸡蛋2粒、粘米粉500克

酱汁材料
白兰她厨师面包油50克、指天椒4条、咖哩叶5克、家乐金沙咸蛋粉50克、淡奶70克、过滤水100克

做法
1.鸡块拌入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
2.将鸡块裹上粘米粉,炸至金黄色和香脆,待用。
3.将白兰她、咖喱叶、指天椒和家乐金沙咸蛋粉炒香,至起泡沫。
4.加入淡奶、水、再将炸好的鸡肉倒入慢火炒至汁均匀裹上鸡肉,即可上桌。

Ingredients(Serves 10)
300g chicken cubes, 2 eggs, 500g rice flour

Sauce Ingredients
50g PLANTA CHEF Margarine, 4 bird eye chilies, 5g curry leaves, 50g KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder, 70g evaporated milk, 100g filtered water

Method
1.Mix chicken cubes and egg in a bowl.
2.Coat chicken with rice flour, deep fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, set aside.
3.Heat wok to medium heat. Add PLANTA CHEF Margarine, curry leaves, bird eye chilies and KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder. Stir fry till fragrant and foam forms.
4.Add in milk, water and fried chicken. Keep tossing until chicken cubes are evenly coated. Ready to serve.
