酥炸秋葵Crispy Lady Fingers

材料:
洋角豆(秋葵)300克

炸脆浆:
芫茜适量(切幼粒)、自发面粉100克、蕃薯粉4大匙、吉士粉2大匙、粘米粉1大匙、发粉2茶匙、油3大匙、水150公升

做法:
拌匀炸浆备用,烧热油,羊角豆沾适量炸脆浆,炸至金黄色,享用时沾些盐或辣椒酱增加香味。

【小贴士】
炸羊角豆不要炸太熟,刚刚熟即清脆鲜甜,如果过熟,会出现很多胶汁,口感不好。

Ingredients:

Batter:
Some chopped coriander, 100g self rising flour, 4 tbsp sweet potato flour, 2 tbsp custard powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp oil, 150ml water

Method:
Mix batter ingredients; heat oil and dip lady finger with batter and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with salt or chili sauce.
