梅子肉Crispy Meat Roll

【材料】
A:鸡胸肉300克(搅拌碎)、红萝卜碎100克、洋葱碎100克、芫荽碎10克、鸡蛋1颗
B:豆腐皮4大片、鸡蛋1颗(打散)

【调味料】
盐适量、胡椒粉适量、鸡精粉适量、玉蜀黍粉150克

【做法】
1.将材料A加入调味料混合搅拌至有弹性。
2.接着打开豆腐皮,剪成四小方形后将肉馅放在豆腐皮正中折盖起来,在收口处抹上蛋汁封口,然后放进冰箱定型。
3.起锅热油,以中火炸至酥脆。
4.起锅装盘,沾泰式辣酱或者中式梅子酱吃。

【Ingredients】
A:300g minced chicken breast meat,100g chopped carrot, 100g chopped onion, 10g chopped coriander, 1 egg
B:4 pcs bean curd sheet, 1 egg(beaten)

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, pepper and chicken powder, 150g corn flour

【Method】
1.Mixes all ingredients A with seasoning and blend with hand until springy.
2.Cut bean curd sheet into square shape and then place some meat mixture on the center, fold up and seal with egg sauce; and then keep in fridge to let them set.
3.Heat oil in wok with medium heat, deep fry until crispy.
4.Serve with Thai Chili sauce or plum sauce.
