【皮料】
糕粉160克、糖粉180克、白油60克、冷水160克+芒果香精1茶匙

【馅料】
友爱巧克力莲蓉720克、友爱榴槤莲蓉720克、瓜子60克(烘香)
额外糕粉适量

【做法】
1.将皮料放入电动搅拌机,搅拌成一软面团,取出休息20分钟,然后分切成每份50克重。(图1-3)
2.将瓜子分别加入巧克力及榴槤莲蓉搓匀,然后分切成每份60克等份。(图4-5)
3.取一份巧克力莲蓉包入榴槤莲蓉,揉圆。(图6)
4.取一份冰皮包入巧克力榴槤馅,手上沾些干粉揉圆,放入模型压紧后轻轻敲击反扣出来便可。(图7-9)
5.将冰皮月饼放入冰箱冷冻20分钟,便可切块享用。

【Skin Ingredients】
160g cooked glutinous rice flour(kou fun), 180g icing sugar, 60g shortening, 160g cold water+1 tsp mango essence

【Filling Ingredients】
720g You Ai chocolate lotus paste, 720g You Ai durian lotus paste, 60g melon seeds (toasted) Some extra cooked glutinous rice flour

【Method】
1.Knead ingredients into soft dough and let rise for 20 minutes; and then apportion into 50g each.(pic 1-3)
2.Mixes melon seeds with chocolate and durian lotus paste separately, and then divide into 60g per portion. (pic 4-5)
3.Wrap one portion of chocolate lotus paste into durian lotus paste.(pic 6)
4.Wrap each lotus paste with a portion of Bing Pi and then knead into round shape, mould, dislodge accordingly.(pic7-9)
5.Keep completed mooncake in fridge for 20 minutes before cut into pieces to serve.
