肉碎莲藕Fried Lotus Root with minced meat

【材料】
猪肉碎500g、莲藕900克(切薄片)、蒜头1大粒(剁碎)、清水200毫升

【调味料】
糖1茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙、酱油1⁄2小碗、黑酱油1汤匙

【做法】
1.热油爆香蒜米,加入肉碎同炒至香。
2.加入莲藕重覆炒至熟稔,加入清水和调味料继续焖煮10钟至完全入味即可盛碟。

【Ingredients】
500 minced pork, 900g lotus root(slices), 1 whole garlic(chopped)

【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 small bowl soy sauce, 200ml water

【Method】
1.Heat oil in wok, saute chopped garlic till fragrant, add in minced meat, fry well.
2.Add in lotus root, stir fry till the lotus soften, add in water and seasoning, continue simmer for further 10 minutes, dish out.
