酿油条炒黄梨Fried Stuff Yao Zha Gui with Pineapple

【材料】
油条2对(切小块)、大虾仁10条、猪肉碎1⁄4碗 、麻油适量、胡椒粉适量、沙拉酱4汤匙、芝麻少许、凤梨1⁄4罐 、生粉少许

【做法】
1.把虾肉剁碎,加入猪肉碎、麻油和胡椒粉搅拌至起胶成馅料。
2.把馅料酿入油条内,扑上生粉。
3.锅内热油后,把包好馅料的油条放入锅内炸至熟透,盛起沥干油备用。
4.在另一个锅内倒入沙拉酱丶凤梨和己炸熟的油条,以小火炒匀,再盛入碟上,洒些芝麻,即可上桌。

【Ingredients】
2 pair of yao zha gui (cut in block), 10 prawns, 1⁄4 bowl minced meat, some sesame oil, dash of pepper, 4 tbsp mayonaise, some toasted sesame, 1⁄4 canned pineapple (cut in small cube) some corn flour

【Method】
1.Chopped prawns meat and combine with minced meat in bowl, marinate with some pepper and sesame oil become filling.
2.Stuff the filling into yao zha gui coat with corn flour.
3.Deep fry yao zhao gui into hot oil till cooked. Drain and set aside.
4.In another clean wok, pour in mayonaise, pineapple and yao zha gui, fry well with low heat. Dish out and top with toasted sesame before serve.
