黑胡椒炒面Fried Yee Mee with Black pepper

【材料】
普通伊面3只、包菜150克、红萝卜50克、鲜白玉菇80克、鲜灵芝菇80克

【调味料】
黑胡椒粉2茶匙、黑胡椒粒1茶匙、素蚝油1-1 1⁄2汤匙 、麻油 1⁄2茶匙、水2碗、预先拌均匀

【做法】
1.将所有调味料混合备用。
2.烧热油1汤匙,加入菇先炒香,倒入调味料和伊面,一起拌煮匀至汁浓稠。
3.然后加入包菜、红萝卜拌炒均匀,即可上碟享用。

【Ingredients】
3 pieces dried yee mee noodles, 150g cabbage, 50g carrot, 80g white Enoki, 80g Ling Zhi mushroom

【Seasoning】
2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp black peppercorn, 1-1 1⁄2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 2 bowls water

【Method】
1.Mix all the seasoning in a bowl.
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute all mushroom until fragrant, and then add in seasoning and Yee Mee, simmer until gravy thicken.
3.Stir in cabbage and carrot, mix well and dish out.
