鲜虾水饺Golden Prawns Dumpling

【材料】
大虾4只(剁碎)、猪肉碎1小碗、红萝卜1⁄2条(剁碎)、葱2棵(剁碎)、马蹄碎3粒(剁碎)、水饺皮20片

【调味料】
麻油1汤匙、胡椒粉1⁄2茶匙、糖1⁄2茶匙、盐1⁄2茶匙

【做法】
1.在大碗肉把红萝卜丶马蹄碎丶虾丶猪肉碎和葱末倒入搅拌均匀。
2.加入调味料搅拌至有弹性。
3.将以上搅均的馅料,包入水饺皮内,折成半月形。
4.锅内热油,先以小火微炸水饺,待水饺肉熟后,再转大火炸至金黄色,即可上桌。

【Ingredients】
4 big prawns(chopped), 1 small bowl mince meat, 1⁄2carrot (chopped), 2 stalk spring onion(chopped), 3 water chest nut (chopped), dumpling skin 20pcs

【Seasonings】
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp pepper, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp salt

【Method】
1.Put all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Use a spoon to combine.
2.Add in seasoning and mix till springy.
3.Put a dumpling skin in the palm, place a tsp of filling in the middle of the wrapper and wrap it in to half-moon shape.
4.Deep fried the dumpling in hot oil with low heat till cooked. Then turn to highheat continue fry the dumpling till golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve hot.
