金沙咸煎饼Golden Sand Ham Chin Pan

材料(A):
咸煎饼3块(每块切成2片)、杂豆1/2杯

材料(B):
肉碎300克、菜脯碎50克

材料(C):
蚝油1汤匙、晒油1茶匙、盐和胡椒粉适量

做法:
1.烧热2汤匙油入镬内,放入(B)料炒熟。
2.加入杂豆和(C)料炒匀然后酿入咸煎饼内即可进食。

【小贴士】
除了咸煎饼,也可以改用油条或面包做夹皮。

Ingredients (A): 
3pcs ham chin pan (cut each into 2 pcs), 1/2 cup mix beans

Ingredients (B):
300gm minced meat, 50gm chopped chai poh

Ingredients (C):
1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tsp thick soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1.Heat 2tbsp oil in wok, stir fry (B) until cooked.
2.Add in mix beans and(c) stir evenly. Stuff into ham chin pan and serve.
