香草烤羊排Herb Crusted Grill Lamb Chops

【材料】
A:羊排200克
B:面包糠50克、溶解牛油少许、芫荽少许(切碎)
C:全麦芥末少许
D:四季豆5条、红萝卜1⁄4条

【调味料】
盐适量、黑胡椒粉 适量

【做法】
1.在碗内将材料B捞匀备用。(图1)
2.把羊排加入少许调味料,放入平底锅内两面煎,每面约2-3分钟备用。(图2-3)
3.取出羊排,排入烤架上,涂上一层全麦芥末,然后撒上少许的面包糠混合料。(图5)
4.将羊排以180度烤约10-13分钟或表面金黄色即可摆盘上碟。(图6)
5.平底锅内热少许油,放入蔬菜炒至熟,捞起与羊排一起享用。(图7-8)

【Ingredients】
A:200g lamb rib chops
B:50g breadcrumbs, some melt butter, some chopped chinese celery
C:some wholegrain Mustard
D:5 string Bean, 1⁄4 carrot

【Method】
1.In a big bowl mix all ingredients B, set aside.(pic 1)
2.Heat about 2 tbsp oil in an cooking pan , sear the lamb chops on all sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.(pic 2-3)
3.Remove from heat, place the lamb chop on baking tray, rub with some wholegrain Mustard , sprinkle some breadcrumbs mixture on top.(pic 5)
4.Bake the lamb chop with preheated CW SPACE OVEN WOK at 180℃ for 10-13 minutes.(pic 6)
5.Heat some oil in pan, saute vegetables till soft and cooked, serve together with lamb chop.(pic 7-8)
