甜蛋汤MAPLE FLAVOURED EGG TEA

材料
兔子牌冰糖花120克
兔子牌蔗冰糖花80克
桑寄生110克 (洗净)
甘草10克
红枣15粒
水煮蛋8粒(去壳)
清水

做法
1.把桑寄生和甘草放入煲里,加水煮40分钟。
2.加入红枣、兔子牌冰糖花及兔子牌蔗冰糖花,煮至糖溶解和出味。
3.盛入碗里,配水煮蛋一起吃 。

INGREDIENTS
120g CHEKHUP Diamond Rock Sugar, 80g CHEKHUP Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, 2 litre water, 110g maple twigs(sung kei sang, rinsed) , 10g licorice sticks, 15 red dates, 8 hardboiled eggs (shelled)

METHOD
1.Boil maple twigs, licorice sticks and water in a pot for 40 minutes.
2.Add red dates and both CHEKHUP Diamond Rock Sugar and CHEKHUP Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, cook till dissovle and the flavour developed.
3.Serve hot with the hard boiled eggs.
