香料煎鱼饼Mixed Herbs Fish Cake

【材料】
A:鱼肉碎250克
B:红辣椒3条、小辣椒6条、香芹20克、罗勒叶30克、洋葱30克(以上全部剁碎)
C:鸡蛋1粒
D:辣椒粉2茶匙、黄姜粉3茶匙、咖喱粉4茶匙、盐(适量)、白糖1茶匙、 鸡精粉1茶匙
E:玉蜀黍粉150克

【做法】
1.将材料A、B、C和材料D同时加入一个深盘混合均匀。
2.接着加入材料E,将鱼肉混合到粘稠。
3.将双手先粘上少许油,再拿起鱼胶揉成圆状,接着按扁成鱼饼。
4.将鱼饼放入油锅里炸,炸至浮面再翻转,鱼饼浮起呈现金黄色就可以上碟 。

B:3 red chili, 6 chili padi, 20g Chinese celery, 30g basil, 30g onion (chopped all)
C:1 egg
D:2 tsp chili powder, 3 tsp turmeric powder, 4 tsp curry powder, dash of salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken powder
E:150g corn flour

【Method】
1.Mixes ingredients A, B, C and D, adjust taste.
2.Add in ingredients E and blend with hand until fish paste become sticky.
3.Coat both palm with oil, take some fish paste mixture and shape into balls and then press to flatten.
4.Deep fry fish cake in hot oil until afloat, turn around and continue frying until golden brown, done.
