荔芋南瓜露Puree of Taro & Pumpkin

材料:
小荔芋300克、南瓜280克、糖1碗、浓椰浆1碗、水1200毫升、香兰片5片(打结)、粘米粉适量(加清水调成浆)

做法:
1.小荔芋去皮、切片;南瓜去籽及皮,切片。
2.把两者蒸熟,然后放入果汁机搅拌成泥。
3.倒入锅中,加入香兰叶及水煮滚。
4.放入适量粘米粉浆不停搅拌至微稠。
5.最后加入浓椰浆及糖煮滚,调味便可。

Ingredients:
300g Taro, 280g pumpkin, 1 bowl sugar, 1 bowl thick coconut milk, 1200ml water, 5 sprigs knotted pandan, dash of rice flour(mix with water to form batter)

Method:
1.Skinned taro and slice; skinned and seeded pumpkin, slice.
2.Steam both ingredients until cooked, then mash in blender.
3.Pour them into the pot, add in pandan leaves & water, bring to a boil.
4.Add in dash of rice flour solution, stir until thicken.
5.Pour in coconut milk and season with sugar.
