烤海鲜西兰花Seafood Broccoli Gratin

材料:
奶油蘑菇酱1罐、酸奶油或优格3汤匙、意大利面皮100克(根据指示煮熟)、去壳虾肉200克、蟹柳100克、西兰花250克(切小朵)、黄灯笼椒1/2粒(切块)、红灯笼椒1/2粒(切块)、胡椒粉1/2茶匙、白糖1茶匙、盐适量、Cheddar芝士120克(切丝)、烤盘涂油

做法:
1.除了芝士之外,以上所有材料混合。
2.调味后倒入涂油烤盘内。
3.撒上Cheddar芝士丝,以200℃烤30分钟,趁热吃。

【小贴士】
可用芦笋取代西兰花。

Ingredients:
1 tin(420g)cream of mushroom, 3 tbsp sour cream/youghurt, 100g pasta(cooked to packet intructions), 200g prawns (shelled & tailed), 100g crabstick, 250g broccoli(trimmed & cut into florets), 1/2 yellow capsicum(sliced), 1/2 red capsium(sliced), 1/2 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, 120g cheddar(grated), baking tray(greased)

Method:
1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients together except the cheese.
2.Season to taste & pour into greased tray.
3.Top with cheddar cheese & bake for 30 minutes at 200℃, serve warm.

【Tips】
May use asparagus as well to replace broccoli.
