营养豆奶紫菜汤Seaweed Soya Bean Soup

材料
紫菜1张(或方形紫菜)、番茄2粒、腐皮1张、生花豆腐2块(切小块)、冬菇3朵(切小块)、清水2碗、淡豆奶1小瓶(150克)

调味料
盐1/2小匙、麻油1/2小匙、胡椒粉少许、调味素1/4小匙

做法
1.把腐皮切小块炸香,沥干油待用。
2.紫菜撕碎。
3.烧热少许油,放入冬菇炒香,加入豆奶水和腐皮、番茄先煮滚,后加入调味料和豆腐,再煮至滚,撒上紫菜即可享用美味营养的汤水。

Ingredients:
1 Sheet seaweed, 2 tomato, 1 sheet bean curd skin, 2 blocks soft bean curd (cubed), 3 pc dried mushroom (diced), 2 bowls water, 1 small bottle soya bean milk (150ml)

Seasoning:
1.Cut bean curd skin into strips and deep fry until crispy, drain.
2.Tear seaweed apart.
3.Heat some oil in wok, sauté mushroom until fragrant, pour in soya bean milk and water, and add in tomato cook until boiled, toss in seasoning and bean curds, bring to boil again, sprinkle seaweed on top to serve.
