咸鱼肉碎芥兰Stir-fried Kailan with Salted Fish

【材料】
芥兰菜400克、肉碎100克、咸鱼20克、蒜头6瓣(剁碎)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1茶匙

【做法】
1.将芥兰洗净川烫,捞起备用。
2.热少许油爆香咸鱼,加入蒜茸炒至香。
3.放入肉碎炒散。
4.最后加入芥兰快速兜炒,以少许鸡精粉调味,即可上桌。

【Ingredients】
400g Kai Lan, 100g minced meat, 20g salted fish, 6 pips garlic (chopped)

【Seasoning】
1 tsp chicken powder

【Method】
1.Blanch Kai Lan in boiling water and drain.
2.Sauté salted fish in hot oil until aromatic, add in garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3.Add in minced meat and stir-fry until loosen.
4.Toss in Kai Lan and seasoning, dish out.
