迷你香肠洋葱马铃薯Stir-fried Sausage with Onion Potato

【材料】
A:迷你香肠200克(切片)
B:马铃薯200克、洋葱100克(切片)
C:生菜(装饰)

【调味料】
黑胡椒粉适量、LP酱适量、糖适量、芫荽10克(剁细)

【做法】
1.马铃薯切粒后水煮至熟,然后再跟迷你香肠一起油炸至金黄。
2.在平底锅热少许油,将洋葱煎至金黄色。
3.放入炸马铃薯、香肠和调味料,炒至焦糖色。
4.摆盘后可以放些香菜摆设。

【Ingredients】
A:200g mini sausages (sliced)
B:200g potato, 100g onion
C:Mixed salad greens

【Seasoning】
Dash of black pepper, L&P sauce and sugar, 10g coriander(chopped)

【Method】
1.Cut potato into cubes and boil in water until cooked; and then deep fry with sausage in hot oil until golden brown.
2.Heat oil in skillet, stir-fry onion slices until golden brown.
3.Then toss in fried potatoes and sausages, saute with seasonings until caramelized.
4.Dish out and garnish with mixed salad greens.
