素肉酿豆卜Stuffed Bean Curd Pocket

【材料】
饭1碗、豆卜100克、番薯粉1⁄2碗、马蹄300克、素香肠100克、红萝卜1⁄2根、姜茸1茶匙

【调味料】
白胡椒粉少许、糖少许、素蚝油少许、生抽和老抽少许、盐少许

【做法】
1.素香肠解冻后洗净切丁备用。红萝卜洗净切碎备用。
2.烧热油锅,爆香姜茸,把所有材料下锅炒香,下调味料炒拌均匀后捞起备用。(图1-2)
3.把炒好的材料倒进白饭里混合均匀后即成馅料。(图3)
4.将馅料酿入豆卜里包好。将酿好的豆卜放进蒸笼蒸20分钟即可取出食用。(图4-7)

【Ingredients】
1 bowl white rice, 100g bean curd pocket, 1⁄2 bowl sweet potato flour, 300g water chestnut, 100g mock sausage, 1⁄2 carrot, 1tsp chopped ginger

【Seasoning】
Dash of pepper, 5 spiced powder, sugar, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt to taste

【Method】
1.Dice mock sausage after defrost; wash carrot and chop finely.
2.Heat oil in wok, sauté chopped ginger until fragrant, toss in all ingredients and seasoning, stir fry well, dish out.(pic 1-2)
3.Mixes fried ingredients with white rice as filling.(pic 3)
4.Stuff some filling into each bean curd pocket and then steam them for 20 minutes, done.(pic 4-7)
