烤鸡胸沙拉Toasted Chicken Salad

【材料】
A:去皮鸡胸2副、红辣椒粉少许、黑胡椒少许、盐少许
B:洋葱1粒、红灯笼椒2粒、青灯笼椒2粒
C:沙拉菜适量

【酱料】
蜂蜜少许、意大利黑醋20毫升

【做法】
1.将材料A混合腌制后,用平底锅煎至金黄色,再放入烤箱约20分钟或至熟备用。(图1)
2.将材料B切小块后,透过热油快速油炸,捞起滴干油备用。
3.将鸡肉冷却后小块,加入材料B,加入酱料调味。
4.将混合好的食物搭配沙拉菜摆盘。

Ingredients
A:2 set skinned chicken breast meat, dash of paprika, black pepper and salt
B:1 onion, 2 each of red and green capsicums
C:Some mixed salad greens

【Sauce ingredients】
Some honey, 20ml Balsamic vinegar

【Method】
1.Marinate ingredients A and sear in skillet until golden brown, and then bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
2.Cut ingredients B into small cubes and then blanch in hot oil, drain.
3.Cool down chicken meat and then cut into cubes, mixes with ingredients B and sauce ingredients.
4.Serve with salad greens.
