玫瑰礼盒燕菜蛋糕 Mother’s Day Agar-agar Cake

【材料】

A:草莓优格1000毫升、清水300毫升、果冻粉8克、燕菜粉13

克、糖150克

B:粉红、黄、紫、蓝色素

C:草莓(装饰)

【工具】

心型礼盒模1个、玫瑰模6个

【Ingredients】

A:1000ml strawberry yogurt, 300ml water, 8g jelly powder,

13g agar-agar powder, 150g sugar

B:Dash of pink, yellow, purple and blue food coloring

C:Some fresh strawberry for decorations

【Tools】

1 heart shape mould, 6 roses mould

将清水煮滚,倒入剩余材料A快速搅拌煮溶至滚,熄火。

Bring the water to the boil, slowly pour the remaining ingredients A into the boiling water, while pouring, stir quickly to avoid clumping.

放少许草莓燕菜混合料在3个小碗里,分别调成粉红色、蓝色和紫色,再利用画笔将心型礼盒上的花朵填上颜色。

另外将半汤匙燕菜混合料加入少许黄色素,填入彩带部份。

Pour a small smount of the agar agar mixture into 3 small containers, drop in pink, blue and purple food coloring, mix well. Pour into mould to make small flower, place into fridge till chill and set.

Mix half tbsp of agar agar mixture with some yellow food coloring, pour into mould to make ribbon, place into fridge till chill and set.

将650毫升的草莓燕菜混合料加入少许粉红色素,倒入心型礼盒盖子和盒子模里稍凝固后,放入冰箱。

将460毫升的草莓燕菜混合料分成2份,分别加入紫色及蓝色,再倒入玫瑰花模里,待凉放入冰箱冷藏。

Mix 650g of agar-agar mixture with pink color, pour into the heart shape cake mould, keep into fridge till chill and set.

Divide 460g of agar agar mixture into 2 bowls, mix with purple and blue coloring, pour into roses mould tray, keep into fridge till chill and set.

完成脱模后,把玫瑰燕菜放进燕菜礼盒里,最后用草莓装饰。

Gently press the mould to release the agar-agar, place all the roses on the gift box, decorate with some fresh strawberry, done.
