珍珠马芬 Pearl Muffin

材料 :
牛油90克、糖60克、鸡蛋1粒、发粉8克、盐1克、牛奶90克、中筋面粉220克、黑糖珍珠少许
做法 :
1. 将放于室温软化后放入碗中,加入糖慢速搅拌至颜色变白、体积变大且呈绒毛状。(图1)
2. 将全蛋分次加入,拌匀至完全吸收。(图2)
3. 将中筋面粉和发打粉加入,以慢速搅拌成无粉状后改中速搅拌至均匀。(图3-5)
4. 将面糊装入挤花袋中,挤入马芬纸模至八分,放入黑糖珍珠。
5. 预热好的烤箱以上下火180℃烘,烤约25分钟后取出即可。(图6)

INGREDIENTS :
90g butter, 60g sugar, 1 egg, 8g baking powder,1g salt, 90g milk, 220g plain flour, some pearl balls

METHOD :
1. Let butter melt under room temperature and then blend with sugar in slow speed until
whiten and fluffy. (Pic 1)
2. Add in egg and stir until well mixed. (Pic 2)
3. Pour in plain flour and baking powder, blend in slow speed until smooth, and then turn to
medium speed to blend until well mixed. (Pic 3-5)
4. Pour batter into piping bag, and then squeeze into muffin moulds until 80% full, top with
pearl balls.
5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes, done. (Pic 6)
