黄金炸旦 Steamed Meat Cake

材料:
熟鸡旦5粒(去壳)、马鲛鱼滑250克、面包糠1小碗、干生粉适量、葱花及芫茜碎1汤匙
调味料:
盐1/2茶匙、胡椒粉少许、粟粉2茶匙、江鱼仔精1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 鱼滑加入葱花、芫茜碎及调味料拌匀。
2. 把鸡旦沾上干生粉,再裹上1.鱼滑馅。
3. 然后放入面包糠中,沾满面包糠。
4. 烧热温油,放入3.鸡旦以温火炸熟及香脆。
5. 取出沥干油,便可切件。

INGREDIENTS :
300g minced meat, 4 pcs water chestnut (chopped), 1 small piece processed squid (chopped and
soaked), 2 eggs, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
SEASONING :
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp oystersauce, drops of sesame oil, 3-4tbsp water, dash
of salt & pepper
METHOD :
1. Marinate minced meat with seasoning and blend with hand until springy.
2. Add in water chestnut, squid and egg and mixes well.
3. Spread mixture onto steaming plate; and then steam in high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked.
4. Dish out and sprinkle spring onion on top and pour garlic oil over and serve.
