黑胡椒罗勒虾 Black Pepper Basil Prawn

【材料】
A:鲜虾500克、蛋1粒(打散)、面粉50克
B:洋葱30克(剁碎)、罗勒叶10克、红、黄、青灯
笼椒各1粒(切块)
C:玉蜀黍粉20克(+清水)
【调味料】
盐、白糖、鸡精粉各少许、黑胡椒5克、生抽1茶
匙、黑酱油1茶匙、李派林酱2茶匙、HP酱2茶匙、水30毫升
【做法】
1. 鲜虾用盐跟胡椒调味,沾了鸡蛋后再沾面粉,放入
油锅里炸至金黄后备用。(图1-3)
2. 平底锅加油预热,爆香洋葱碎,加入炸虾,再加入
调味料调味。(图4-5)
3. 之后加入材料B的罗勒叶及灯笼椒爆炒至香。(图 6)
4. 最后以薯粉水勾芡即可上碟。

【Ingredients】
A:500g prawns, 1 egg, 50g plain flour,
B:30g chopped onion, 10g basil, 1 each of red, green and yellow capsicum (cut wedges)
C:20g corn flour (+water for thickening)
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, sugar and chicken powder, 5g black pepper, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp
L& P sauce, 2 tsp H&P sauce, 30ml water
【Method】
1. Marinate prawn with salt and pepper, dip with egg sauce and then flour, deep fry in hot oil until golden
brown.(pic 1-3)
2. Heat pan with oil and saute chopped onion, toss in fried prawns and follow with seasoning, adjust to taste.(pic 4-5)
3. Add in basil and capsicum from ingredients B and stir-fry briskly.(pic 6)
4. Thicken with some starch and dish out.
