材料
Jasmine Sunwhite
新阳上等香米1碗、
清水7碗、鲍鱼5颗、
虾球3只、啦啦7只、
鱼片100克、紫菜2张、
白芝麻少许、姜丝10克、
咸蛋黄碎20克

调味料
盐1茶匙、糖½茶匙、
鸡精粉适量、麻油适量、
胡椒粉适量、粘米粉1汤匙、
风车粉1汤匙

做法
1.首先将Jasmine Sunwhite新阳上等香米清洗干净并且加入适量的水放入冰箱冷冻。
2.接着将冷冻的香米,适量的水和鲍鱼清汤倒入点饭锅进行烹煮20分钟。
3.然后将粘米粉、风车粉和3汤匙的滚水搅拌至面糊备用。
4.将面糊均匀地擦在紫菜的表面并且撒上白芝麻和咸蛋碎。将紫菜炸至金黄色备用。
5.将鲍鱼、虾球、啦啦、鱼片和调味料加入粥里,并再次煮5分钟。
6.最后在粥上淋虾适量的麻油就大功告成了。

 

Ingredients
1 bowl Jasmine Sunwhite Rice, 7 bowl water, 5 abalone, 3 prawns,
7 clams, 100g fish fillet, 2 sheet of seaweed, some white sesame (toasted),
10g ginger shredded, 20g salted egg yolk (dice)

Seasoning
1 tsp salt, ½ sugar, some chicken essence, some sesame oil, some pepper, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp potato starch

Method
1. Wash soaked Jasmine Sunwhite Rice, keep into fridge.
2. Arrange Jasime Sunwhite Rice into rice cooker, add water and abalone sauce, cook for 20 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix rice flour, potato starch and 3 tbsp of hot water to become batter.
4. Rub the batter on seaweed, spread some white toasted sesame and chopped salted egg yolk over, deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
5. Add all the seafood, ginger shredded and seasoning into porridge, continue cook for 5 minutes.
6. Drizzle some sesame oil before serve.
